Chateau Homes is led by John Grobelny, who has over twenty five years of experience building homes and communities. John is a second generation homebuilder  who has tenured with production housing, multi-family construction, custom home building and commercial construction.

After his success working for these large, well established developers, John decided to strike out on his own so he could offer a more personal, customized service. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, he is known by discerning clients and architects throughout the region for an almost fanatical devotion to delivering the finest craftsmanship and a decidedly stress-free homebuilding experience.

Our intensive hands-on approach produces memorable homes—and enduring relationships with our clients. We count many of the homeowners as close friends. For numerous clients, we have built second or third homes or we have remodeled their homes to accommodate life changes.
